Please fill out the attached form to reserve your space at the E.A.R.T.H.
Awareness Benefits 2010 Music & Arts Concerts and Festivals. Include
the signed Hold Harmless Clause. Power & Water are available on
site, Standard 110 - 10 amp power is included and 220 electrical service
is available for an additional fee.
E.A.R.T.H. Awareness is looking for artists, crafters & other vendors
whose work celebrates children, nature and / or promotes ecological
or youth arts awareness. Booths are available for the day. Jack Link
& Associates, Looking Glass Entertainment, Florida Today, Brevard
Live and national recording artists, Bands and performing groups have
kindly donated their time. E.A.R.T.H.Awareness Benefit Festivals, all
promise to be a full day of top entertainment, quality family time,
planet protecting education, and FUN. Between 3,000 to 5,000 people
are expected at each event. Proceeds of the events will be used to purchase
supplies for our Direct-To-Teacher classroom supply program for art,
music, drama programs in the Central Florida Schools. Below you will
find information on the events and an exhibitors form. Thank you for

Management reserves the right to refuse inappropriate items from exhibit
or sale. Tables, tents, chairs, power cords and water hoses are the
responsibility of the
vendor / exhibitor.
