Please fill out the attached form to reserve your space at the E.A.R.T.H. Awareness Benefits 2007 Music & Arts Festivals. Include the signed Hold Harmless Clause & either your registration fee, donation or your IRS designation letter . Power & Water are available on site, Standard 110 and 220 electrical service is available for an additional fee.

E.A.R.T.H. Awareness 2007 is looking for artists, crafters & other vendors whose work celebrates children, nature and / or promotes ecological or youth arts awareness. Booths are available for the day. Space Coast Harley - Davidson / Buell, Jack Link & Associates, Looking Glass Entertainment, Florida Today, Brevard Live and national recording artists, 10 bands and performing groups have kindly donated their time. E.A.R.T.H.Awareness 2007 Benefit Festivals, all promise to be a full day of top entertainment, quality family time, planet protecting education, and FUN. Between 3,000 to 5,000 people are expected at each event. Proceeds of the events will be used to purchase supplies for our Direct-To-Teacher classroom supply program for art, music, drama programs in the Central Florida Schools. Below you will find information on the events and an exhibitors form. Thank you for your support of E.A.R.T.H. Awareness, Please come and help us save the Arts for the Children ! We hope to see you October 2007, Vendor setup is available beginning 9 AM, Saturday, 10/13/2007. If you require setup prior to that time, please notify us immediately. All vendors are required to be open during the festival hours. Village hours of operation are 11 AM to 11 PM, no exceptions.

Management reserves the right to refuse inappropriate items from exhibit or sale. Tables, tents, chairs, power cords and water hoses are the responsibility of the
vendor / exhibitor.

FEES:
10' x 15' Space $250 for the Day

Fees are due and payable with application. Fees are non-refundable.
