Reservation Information For Food Vendors

Please fill out the attached form to reserve your space at the E.A.R.T.H. Awareness Benefit Festivals, 10/13/2007. Include the signed Hold Harmless Clause & your registration fee of. Power & Water are available on site, Standard 110 electrical service is offered , if you require other electrical service, it is available for an additional fee.

Vendor setup is available beginning Friday from 2 to 5 PM or 8 AM, Saturday 10/13/2007. No Exceptions. All vendors are required to be open during the festival hours. Festival hours of operation are: 11 AM to 11 PM.

Management reserves the right to refuse inappropriate items from exhibit or sale. Tables, tents, chairs, power cords and water hoses are the responsibility of the vendor / exhibitor.

FEES: There is a flat fee for Space Rental as a Food Vendor as described below.

RENTAL OF SPACE:
10’ x 15’ Space $500
20’ x 15’ Space $750
30' x 15’ Space $1000

Fees are due and payable with application. Fees are non-refundable.

There is a charge for 110 service and more than 1 quad box. All tents, tables, chairs, equipment, water hoses, ice, cups, serving utensils, etc. to be supplied by vendor.

REMOVE A deposit of $100 is required for a vendor choosing the ticket & percentage system. A deposit of 100% of space rental is required for vendors who prefer a flat fee for the weekend.
Deposits are due and payable with application. Deposits are non-refundable .

Awareness of Brevard, Inc., Space Coast Harley -Davidson / Buell, Stephen Miller Memorial Blues Bash, Jack Link & Associates, any parent entity thereof, their officers, directors, board of governors and steering committee, harmless from actions and claims, tort and in contract, arising from its participation, acts, interactions or omissions at the EARTH Awareness Music & Arts Festival Fundraisers 2007 or otherwise done in the course and scope of its relationship therewith.
